Tesori d’Italia meets the San Marino Republic
From June 16th to 20th 2021
The Laika Kreos 3009s Camper arrives in San Marino for a new TDI Tour
Certification, international promotion and business development
On June 7, 2021, the meeting between Federico Pedini Amati, Secretary of State for tourism, Post office, Cooperation and Expo, and Riccardo D’urso, president of Tesori d’Italia, took place in the Palazzo Pubblico di San Marino. On the occasion, the agreement between the San Marino Republic and the Network of Tesori d’Italia was ratified for the international promotion of the Sammarinese territory. An operation strongly desired by both parties which contemplates an ongoing program of communication and activities for cultural, touristic and commercial enhancement.
“We are particularly pleased with this agreement – Riccardo D’Urso affirms – which allows us to get to know and tell a story of a Republic that boasts 1700 years of story, whose historic center, together with that of Borgo Maggiore and Monte Titano, is Unesco World Heritage. A great opportunity to look at San Marino, in full respect of its independence, as a real treasure in the heart of our Peninsula, both for its historical and cultural heritage and for its excellences”.
San Marino TDI Tour
The international promotion program will take shape in conjunction with the main events during the month of June in the Republic. The first step will be the TDI Tour – from 16 to 20 of June – which will lead the Tesori d’Italia Team, aboard the Laika Camper, to discover places, people and the heritage of San Marino. Inaugurated in 2018, the TDI Tour is a journey to discover the excellences of the Peninsula, through the most famous places as well as the most pleasant ones, among testimonies, traditions, local specialities, to share ideas and projects.
Various initiatives of an editorial nature will follow in the Tesori d’Italia Magazine and, above all, commercials, focused on the selection of typical products and their introduction into the distribution circuit of the Network. Also business, meetings and cultural events through which to experience all the beauty of this Republic and its great diplomatic and organizational skills.
