Piazza Vecchia Hotel has been made out of an ancient estate dating back to XIV century. It was the estate of Bartolomeo Colleoni, a famous leader during the period of the Republic of Venice.
The restyling was made in 2006 by Architect Edoardo Milesi, one of the most famous expert of bio-architecture and Italian sustainable architecture. In this ancient estate just a walk away from the square, Piazza Vecchia, you can find a very special welcome: Vismara family, in hotel business for 40 years, wait for you sharing the joy of life in Bergamo. Some copies of great masterpieces by Van Gogh and Gauguin and some paintings by the owner Tiziana De Franceschi enrich the hall and the rooms.
